Big news:

​

We're TESTING a brand new registration platform that kicks in for events starting in TV on Nov 4th!

​

As with anything "new" there may be a learning curve, but we're smart Chicks ... we've got this! Please read all the way to the end.

​

Our new registration/communication platform should:

​

• Make registration for PickleballChick events easy and fast for y'all.
• Keep you up to date immediately if there are any changes to the event.
• Keep you up to date about your registration status (In or on Waitlist).
• Plus, this platform helps us create game matches in real time based on performance so it should increase our fun.
• Make registrations much easier for us to handle on the back end (hello more time to play pickleball and less time organizing pickleball!)

We want all Chicks to know and understand we are TESTING this new platform.

​

With TESTS come glitches, unexpected speed bumps and sometimes a sideways sh*tshow.

​

If you are okay with a few unexpected glitches, I encourage you to make an account and join our November events.

​

If you are not the kind of Chick who can roll with a few bumps along the way while we TEST, I encourage you to wait a few months while we smooth out any issues.

​

If there are bumps along the way, trust me, your humble PickleballChick admins and hosts will already be freaking out, we won't need any extra teeth-gnashing coming from players. This is my nice way of saying, don't be the Chick who flips out if things don't go perfectly :)

Okay... drumroll please ... what platform are we testing and using?

​

The Platform that we're TESTING is called PICKLEHEADS.

​

What you need to do to get an account, join our Club and register for events:

​

1. Visit https://www.pickleheads.com/groups/pickleballchicks​
2. Create a free account.
3. Visit the club called: PickleballChicks (one word) and click to join.
4. You can then view and register for our November weekly sessions at Clarendon, Fish Hawk, Saddlebrook and Homestead.
5. NOTE: If you register for one of our DUPR events you must have a DUPR account to connect. Don't panic! Get your DUPR account in a few seconds at www.DUPR.com -- You DO NOT need a DUPR rating to join our DUPR events but you do need to have an account started.
6. Once you register for an event you'll start getting notifications from Pickleheads all the way up to and beyond game time.

I am posting this message to Facebook this morning in order to get as many Chicks to join our Pickleheads Club as possible.

​

The sooner everyone who is okay with being part of our TESTING time is on the Club the sooner we'll be up and running smoothly.
